Product Detail

The gas cooktop is equipped with mechanical knob control for easy operation. It features a triple ring 12,000 BTU burner and heavy-duty cast iron for efficient cooking. Thermocouple protection ensures safety while using the cooktop.

Installation Guide

1. Stick up the sealing tape along the underside edge of the gas cooktop.
2. Install the 4 fixed brackets on both sides under the cooktop, ensuring screws are not too tight before securing it to the worktop.
3. Screw up the regulator and the nut, making sure the arrows are upward for LPG and downward for NG. Replace the nozzles if using LPG.
4. Confirm the correct gas nozzles are in place and insert the plug securely.
5. Ensure burners are set and the cast iron grate is in place before turning on the knob to start cooking.

The gas cooktop comes with 2 high-efficiency SABAF burners made in Italy, including a Triple Ring 12,000 BTU burner and a 6,000 BTU Semi-rapid burner. The surface is made of 304 stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning. The cooktop can be converted for use with both propane and natural gas, with regulators and nozzles included.

The heavy-duty cast iron grate is dishwasher safe and features melt-proof bakelite knobs. Thermocouple protection and CSA certification ensure safety during use.
